The following information details our delivery charges and estimated delivery timescales.

Placing an Order

When you place an order through our website, you will receive an email from us to confirm the order has been made. Please check your Junk Email if you have not received the emailThis mail will contain the order number, along with other details concerning your order

In case of missing/incomplete information, our customer service team member will contact you to complete the information.

Delivery within the State of Kuwait

Shipping cost is KWD 2.500

Delivery time: For orders placed within Gulf Region., delivery time is 7 working days of placing the order. To avoid any delay please make sure to put complete address details and contact numbers when placing your order.

Delivery outside of State of Kuwait

Shipping cost will depend on the Cost of the Shipping Carrier(DHL, ARAMEX, FEDEX, ETC)

Those items for shipment to countries outside of the U.S. may be subject to taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees"). The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees, the clearance of merchandise, and the process and remittal of the actual Import Fees for such items.

To obtain details regarding the Actual Import Fees, or to obtain documentation or receipts in connection with customs clearance, you may contact the Designated Carrier specified in your shipment confirmation.

Delivery time: For orders placed outside Kuwait, delivery time can be 10-25 working days of placing the order depending on the Shipping Carrier(DHL, Aramex FedEx). To avoid any delay please make sure to put complete address details and contact numbers when placing your order.
